We started Fagundes Johnston Enterprises in 2022 with a simple motto: growing good things. Molly leads our work with nonprofits and families. Dominico brings a career in finance and leadership.

Molly Fagundes-Johnston
For more than twenty years, Molly has led donor identification, cultivation and stewardship work. She established and fostered major-donor relationships at Valley Children’s Hospital and California State University, Fresno, and has managed fundraising campaigns throughout her career.
Today she helps nonprofit clients strengthen donor engagement and development, drawing on community connections across California. She also leads In Their Own Voice, sitting down with families to record the stories of the people they love.
Molly holds an MBA and a BA from Fresno State and is the mother of four boys.

Dominico Johnston
Dominico has more than twenty years of experience in finance, account management, marketing and leadership development. He is Senior Director of Internal Financial Services at the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and is completing a Doctor of Business Administration at Edgewood University. He is known for steering organizations through challenging financial environments and for building strong teams across the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Stanislaus and an MBA from California State University, Fresno. He hosted his own podcast in the late ’90s and early 2000s, before most people knew what a podcast was, and has written two books. Molly calls him “Finance, but Fun.”
In 2005 he recorded the interviews with his grandfather that became No Work, No Eat. Today he’s Dad to four young boys and plays quarterback to Joseph, Dominic, Maximo and Anthony. Molly will tell you he is solid as a rock.
