For over twenty years Molly has been a leader and in the areas of donor identification, cultivation and stewardship. She currently focuses on donor engagement and development with her clients. By leveraging her experience developing relationships with major donors, managing fundraising campaigns, and the community connections she has across California, she assists in making client’s development dreams a reality.
Previously she established and fostered donor relations in major giving roles she held at Valley Children’s Hospital and California State University, Fresno.
Molly is a mother of four boys and holds an MBA and BA from California State University, Fresno.
Dominico Johnston, Partner
Dominico Johnston has over 20 years of experience in finance, account management, marketing and leadership development. He currently is the Senior Director for Internal Business Services for Fresno County Superintendent of Schools. He has an undergraduate Bachelor’s from California State University, Stanislaus and an MBA from California State University, Fresno. He is working to complete his Doctorate in Business Administration from Edgewood University. Dominico had his own podcast before we knew what a podcast was (late 90’s / early 00’s) and has written two books. Molly calls him “Finance, but Fun”. He can navigate challenging financial environments and has a knack for developing, growing and cultivating teams in the private, public and non-profit sector. Dominico has been instrumental with seeing the overall landscape of organizations and implementing innovative ideas to drive measurable results for all stakeholders.
Dominico is Dad to four young boys. He enjoys taking what life throws at him each day and forging forward. These days he plays quarterback to Joseph, Dominic, Maximo, and Anthony. And, shares and shines his bright light and genuine heart wherever he goes. Molly will tell you Dominico is solid as a rock in all areas of his life.
